Which government colleges can I get for B.Tech (CSE) in Delhi with 80% in 12th, 47 in JEE along with a rank of 10850 in IPU-CET?

Sorry to say but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cutoff. So, there is no way to get the best college for automobile. DTU, NSIT, IIITD and JMI are the best government institutes for CSE in Delhi to get admission on the basis of JEE Mains.
