At GIBS Bangalore, both BBA and MBA (PGDM) programs offer good placement support, but the PGDM programme has better placements. This is because PGDM students are postgraduates, so they get higher-paying jobs and better roles in top companies. GIBS provides strong training, internships, and 100% placement support for PGDM students. BBA students also get good opportunities, especially in internships and entry-level roles, and many choose to continue with PGDM at GIBS for even better career growth. So overall,  PGDM has better placements, but both programs are valuable.

The PGDM programme at GIBS focuses on industry-relevant knowledge, leadership development, and practical learning, which often leads to higher-paying job offers and more senior roles in organizations.

On the other hand, the BBA programme provides a solid foundation fo
