Personal development is all about confidence, communication skills, presentation skills, body gestures, dressing sense and attitude. Well I am not sure about other institutes but I can give you a feedback for LPU. Lovely Professional University is one of the leading Universities in India and specially in North. The work culture, work ethics, the environment for students, teaching pedagogy, industry ready curriculum and many more, all of these are highlights of LPU. The kind of exposure the students get here is simply remarkable. Top notch brands visit LPU for the placements. Abundant opportunities for the students besides academics to improve their overall personality and skill set. On campus entrepreneurship projects for students, cultural and ethical diversity etc. Are some of the elements that derives the students towards a holistic development environment. Campus Infrastructure: LPU's campus is one of the largest lush green campuses of India which is spread over 600+ acres. Gym, Hi-Speed 24 Hours free Wi-Fi service, Swimming pool. LPU offers very good placements undoubtedly, ranging from 3.5 lacs to 1 crore depending on the programme and the performance of students. More than 300 companies visit LPU for placements and students are placed both nationally and internationally, even in top notch companies like Google, Amazon, Capegemini, Microsoft to name a few. Lovely Professional University is ranked the best private university by ASSOCHAM in 2017 and ranked among top 40 B-schools by NIRF. Faculty in our department is well-experienced and have expert knowledge who work on our skill enhancement. There are lots of career opportunities after MBA in different areas. The university also gives us the opportunity to get real-life exposure through various training programs and an internship, which is mandatory for all. Professors go for value-based education which is something we as professionals would require in our career. Guest lectures by experts and some really successful people are arranged by our department to widen our scope of learning. The placements are exemplary. Many of my known alumni are placed in decent companies in different cities, while some are placed abroad, too. Industrial exposure is offered through in-house training programs. The university organizes many external workshops for us. The package provided by on-campus jobs is also satisfactory. University's environment is pretty decent with high-tech security.
