Dear Sarthak, Being alumni of LPU, I can provide you only placement details of LPU for B.Tech in Biotechnology instead of SRM and Manipal. The highest package offered an average package for this programme is 9.55 LPA and 4.7 LPA respectively. Many students from LPU have successfully collaborated with foreign universities and research institutions. The department also inculcates entrepreneurship opportunities to build job providers of the future. LPU provides different classes for placements which helps in grooming. Students are trained in Aptitude, Reasoning, free preparation for government Exams, Soft Skills and language training, Interview skills right from the 1st year, continuously for 2/3/4 ( duration of course) years till they get the job. There are numerous colleges that are now providing various programme courses in the field of biotechnology. Live projects spread across five semesters help develop research aptitude in students. The course offers specializations in Dairy Technology, Fermentation Technology and Bioinformatics. The curriculum offers prime focus on fundamental and applied aspects of biotechnology.
