    Hi Krishna,
You should definitely go for JIMS-Rohini, as it is the best B-School among other colleges in Delhi/NCR and it provides you with the best placements. In terms of ROI, it is fruitful, faculty members are the best. Overall, it stands well in all the parameters required to be a good institute in PGDM.

JIMS family is best to join. It will benefit you both from JIMs side as well as IP University side. So, you'll get bundles of opportunities with much lesser fees as compared to any other University. And, also IP University itself is very reputed.

JIMS-Rohini could be your better destination (in my time, some core finance companies like XL Dynamics directly came to the campus to compete with other colleges for location advantage) According to the fee, ROI is almost same. Some have unrealistic fee structure than ROI. So why should you pay extra for the almost the same return.
Location is too good just few steps from the metro.
However, it is good to have 55-60% for core finance job as many MNCs demands and for sales, it is good to have a licensed 2 wheeler.
