    Hello Snehal,
If you want to work in your own field, then you should go for M.Sc which have good future in IT sectors. And, if you are having good management skills and want to work in managerial positions in an organization, then you should go for MBA. So, first you should decide your field of interest.

There is nothing like a master degree. Its all on your interest. What do you want to do? If you want to do masters, you can go for M.Sc. if you want management, you can do MBA.
