I highly recommend the GIBS B-school in Bangalore. Management studies, BBA and PGDM are the only programmes offered at the college. It is India's first IRE college, where I stands for innovation, R is for renovation, and E stands for entrepreneur. NEW AGE B- SCHOOL is the name of the school. It has a strong track record of internships and placements. The average wage increased from 4.25 LPA to 13.5 LPA. It has internship and placement agreements with over 600 companies.

Hi Ganesh Ulmale, I would be suggesting GIBS B-school, Bangalore. The institute is an autonomous college affiliated with Bangalore University, approved by AICTE. The college provides exclusively management studies, BBA and PGDM. It is well-equipped with infrastructures and facilities. It is the first IRE college in India. Where I- Innovation, R- Renovation, E- Entrepreneur. It is NEW AGE B- SCHOOL. It has a good record of placements and Internships. The average salary went from about 4.25 LPA to 13.5 LPA. I honestly feel they've made the whole fee part very flexible and student-friendly. Not everyone can arrange the full amount at once, so the installment and semester-wise payment options really help. On top of that, scholarships based on CAT/MAT/CMAT and merit make it easier for students who genuinely deserve a chance.

I've also seen classmates get scholarships around 75,000 which actually makes a big difference for families. What I liked is that GIBS keeps things transparent—no random surprise charges or unnecessary “extra fees”, and overall it feels more accessible compared to many B-schools in Bangalore.

As a student at GIBS, the placement scene is honestly quite strong and visible around campus.

In our recent placement cycle, the highest packages went into double digits, and the average package is solid for freshers, especially for roles in marketing, finance, consulting, HR, and operations. Companies like HDFC Bank, Bajaj Finserv, Deloitte, Accenture, Wipro, TCS, Flipkart, Reliance, Asian Paints, along with many good startups, regularly hire from GIBS.

What I personally feel proud about is that I got placed with a package of 11.3 LPA in a good company, which really shows how the opportunities here work if you put in the effort. Many of
