    Both are Bachelor of Arts courses in different education modes. Regular BA programme involves campus learning in colleges of India while Distance BA programme includes distance learning with the help of video classes and other resources without the need of attending classroom.

    The syllabus and course details are almost similar for both Distance BA and Regular BA courses. To know which course is better, students can refer to the following table.

    Distance BA will be better. Many students opt for study courses that they can pursue online. A major reason for this is that students want to take more and more control over their own education. A gap of 1 to 2 years after 12th can be considered normal. Although the students should be able to address it via the valid documents. The reasons like health, finance, skill development or family are accepted.
