Which is a better option for B.Tech CSE among CU and Chitkara, HP?

If you mean by CU is Chandigarh University then you join Chandigarh University in respect to Chitkara University Himachal Pradesh as Chitkara HP campus is new so it has no good record.

Hello! I would suggest you to expand your horizon and look for other options. Look for Lovely Professional University. LPU is a brand in itself. It has been ranked as one of the best universities by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its placements, its pedagogy, its faculty, to mention a few. The university is having tie ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. Big companies like Google, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Amazon, Adobe, etc. Come for recruitment purpose. Most of the students are placed in good companies with high package. Chandigarh University is one of the finest private universities in India. University is definitely a better option than Chitkara university for computer Science engineering. Chandigarh University has excellent infrastructure, highly experienced faculty and excellent placement records in Computer Science engineering. Chandigarh University has a slight advantage over Chitkara University. Chandigarh University has a better placement percentage over Chitkara University. The highest package of computer Science engineering in Chitkara University was recorded as 29.3 LPA whereas the highest package in Computer Science engineering of Chandigarh University was 35 LPA which shows that Chandigarh University has good placement records than the Chitkara University in the field of computer Science engineering. Many renowned companies visit the Chandigarh University for the Placements of computer Science engineering students. Both are deemed universities and are strong competitors in the market. Both provide good placement opportunities but CU will give you more chances to earn a job for yourself. When it comes to academics and imparting practical skills, Chandigarh university is better than Chitkara. You will get a chance to participate in various technical and non technical skills and explore yourself in CU. The placement opportunities are very good in Chandigarh University. Talking about CSE, the students have been successful to grab a package as high as Rs 35LPA. Most international brands regularly visit Chandigarh university campus, like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Hitachi, CTS, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, and others. One of the big aspects of B.Tech in CSE is On Job Training opportunity for final year students which is a big boost for students preparing for their career World Class Faculty: They are excellent in their field. Dear Varun, Honestly speaking, the quality of education provided at any of the universities in India has been standardized by the autonomous body called University Grants Commission (UGC). It is just a matter of public opinion that sometimes condemns a university while over-hyping another. Of course, few other factors, such as the university intake of good candidates and the output of taught, trained, and efficient candidates who get successful placements during the course of the past couple of years, matter, of course, but lets get to that a while later. LPU is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Lately, number of admissions in CSE department has been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. I am saying this because my younger brother has already completed B.Tech CSE from Lovely Professional University and currently he is working with amazon. His experience at LPU was amazing. He has discussed placements, exposure, academics etc. In regards to the stream concentric study of Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at Lovely Professional University, it is undoubtedly a very good idea. The faculty at the CSE department of LPU is just as qualified as any of the popular universities and institutes of India that offer this discipline names I don't even need to say! It has produced perfectly efficient computer engineers in the past couple of years who have eventually landed salary packages as high as 42 LPA! Over the past couple of years, the department has seen a rise in the number of students taking admission in the stream. Due to this, the competition between students within the department has increased, and this has indirectly improved the overall performances of the batch as a whole. Without mentioning unrealistic figures, I am going to say that the students graduating from the CSE branch at LPU get placed more often than any other department from the same university. Not everyone gets placements in a core company, but they will get placed in companies functioning in various other fields. Don't be disheartened. It is a great opportunity for the engineering graduates, as a job in any field (better, if related to technology) will in the long run help you grab work experience, which in turn will lead you to have your dream career with your dream package Any engineering stream will make you qualified enough for good jobs.
