CU is better as it offers courses in CSE in collaboration with IBM and has company sponsored labs from HP, Wipro, Microsoft, Cisco and many more.

Things won't go well, when you are seeing them from public prospective. The better order of selection would be Chandigarh University, then MIT-Pune and LPU.

Among these three institutions, MIT-Pune is the best option because of its advantages of modern research labs and faculty.
Apart from that Chandigarh University is a good option too.

Hi, In the era of cut-throat competition, every institution is floating CSE and considers it a flagship course and claims that it is providing the best. Still, the best gets converted into the worst when it comes to the application part. Therefore, the only institute that comes to my mind is LPU. The LPU is a leading university with a world-class infrastructure and a faculty like the IITs.
