    Dear Vivek,
I am a passout from LPU and have profoundly utilised my time here in shaping my personality along with self-analysis. Unlike other universities, rules and regulations are quite strict here. From academics to extra-curricular activities, thorough support is given by our mentors/seniors, professors and management.
I would say The Business School of LPU is accredited from (ACBSP) Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry experienced faculties, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA.LPU has recently Marked among Top 50 Best Management Inst

Doon Business School is best amongst any other college of North India. You would get the best academic curriculum along with the best faculty members and endless opportunities to learn and grow. Also, DBS had it's the highest package of around 23 LPA which is far better than LPU.

Both Lovely Professional University and Doon Business School are reputed institutes that offer MBA programs. Both institutions have their unique features and strengths, making them good options for prospective MBA students. That being said, when it comes to pursuing a management degree like MBA, it is better to opt for a management college like Doon Business School. This is because management colleges are typically more focused on management education and provide specialised courses and training that can enhance a student's business acumen and managerial skills. Doon Business School, located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, has several advant

I'll prefer you to opt for the Doon Business School, as this is the best college for MBA, LPU is just for the engineering and not for the business related courses.

I am currently studying in Doon Business School. And believe me my journey so far in this college is pretty amazing. I don't have any idea about LPU but one thing I can as assure you about is for MBA you won't find a better college than Doon Business School. It is better in terms of placement, infrastructure, environment, exposure, faculty members, students etc.

MBA at doon business school would be my first opportunity above any b school as there is no comparison of any college with dbs at least in the faculty members aspect. As the faculty here is amazing and if you study good you have the urge to fight for your seat anytime. And at dbs the faculty focuses more on making us corporate ready.

DBS is best among the two as DBS provide you with many different additional courses along with MBA. If you see infrastructure of LPU is better than DBS. And most importantly Placement of DBS is better than LPU. So I would suggest to go for DBS.

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Both Chandigarh University (CU) and Lovely Professional University (LPU) are known for engineering, but if we think of Electrical Engineering, LPU appears better in many ways. As a student, I personally feel that LPU has a very practical approach to learning. Their labs are state of the art, and well-resourced, and I find that the faculty usually support us to work on real-time projects, which build confidence to take on challenges in industry. The university brings many industry professionals for guest lecturers, and have affiliations with top companies in the world, so this gives students a greater opportunity for internships and pla

Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice. LPUNEST is their own entrance and scholarship exam.

The candidate's merit rank on the test and the courses and specializations they selected during the online preference submission are the main factors used to assign seats for LPU NEST counseling.  The availability of seats in the selected programs is another factor that affects allocation.

For more information kindly contact their concerned department.

I hope this information helps.
