Which is a better option for MBA among Lovely Professional University and Doon Business School?

I'm not familiar with the Doon Business School's MBA programs. As an LPU alumnus, I strongly suggest LPU for an MBA. LPU's Business School is recognized by ACBSP, the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs in the United States, assuring high-quality education and industry-experienced staff. Students who complete their studies at LPU will get a degree from a reputable American institution. LPU attracts about 550 firms for placement every year. LPU has a high placement rate and has also won accolades for employability. The major thing I loved about LPU's placement programme is that it starts with placement classes in the first year and continues until the programme's final year. For the management programme, the maximum package available is 21 LPA. People pursuing MBA from LPU own multiple startups and organizations on the campus as LPU encourages students to become entrepreneurs. They are earning experience and a hefty amount of money.

I am currently pursuing MBA from Doon Business School. Doon Business School is located in Selaqui area of Dehradun which is an industrial area. This open up a lot of scope for students specially for those students who are looking to pursue MBA from here. Many of the assignments that are given to us are very much based on the practical approach. This will help you build new skills. There are many seminars which takes place in college. This helps students to learn about different companies and the work environment about the company. Another good thing about Doon Business School is the weekly activities that are organized for the college every week. This is something unique about this college. These activities helps students build communication and other skills. The annual events are also very nice. The college offers campus selections where many multinational companies like ITC, Colgate, Amazon, Bajaj Finance, Karvy, Asian Paints, Axis Bank provides job to students in pan India. The placement in the college is good. Our whole batch got internship college too helps in providing internship to the students. The best thing about this college is that it is comparatively new because of this the faculty and the all the personnel of this institution are working really hard to continuously improve and bring new opportunities for the students.

Hi Vivek, You can choose LPU because of its infrastructure and exposure. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible students to secure good placement. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also, with regard to placements of our students. For international exposure, university offers a few credit exchange programme, summer and winter internship and international industrial visits, exposure programs.

Doon Business School is a good option indeed. Doon Business School (commonly Reffered as DBS) one of the oldest and the finest B-schools of the country. Both are good colleges for MBA. You can take into consideration ROI, Location and other factor crucial to you. LPU is a top private university. Whereas DBS is a good B-school affiliated to UTU and HNBU. DBS is a moderate fees B-school. Whereas LPU will cost you more but is an autonomous university.

This confusion for selection of best business school for MBA always comes in mind for any youngster or their parents. But you need not to worry I will surely explain you on what parameters you should select a Business school and why Mittal School of Business of LPU is the best for pursuing MBA. In Mittal School of Business Use of Simulation in Teaching Strategy, Marketing & Research and it has helped me a lot to get my job. Students are given Live Projects for their assignments. Hi, Apart from these 2, I would suggest you UPES – Dehradun. The placement cell is good. The faculty is very experienced and knowledgeable and the infrastructure is awesome. If you are interested in MBA and want a good career in it, then you should look for UPES – Dehradun.
