Food Production - Work profile is related to preparation of food. You become a chef and work in Kitchen area. As you get promotion your work profile expands and you can become a head chef of a kitchen and can further become executive chef of all the kitchens of the Hotel. Promotions totally depend on your skill. F&B service - Work profile is related to restaurant management ( at a Restaurant manager level ). Generally it takes around 3 to 4 years for a fresher to become a Assistant restaurant manager ( promotions depend upon your skill )
