Which is a better university among Amity, Lucknow and lPU?

Hi there, Lovely Professional University is close to my heart. I've been studying at LPU from past four years, thus I feel LPU is the best. I've tried summing up my experience so far, below: Campus:- Lovely Professional University is an impeccable university. LPU is not only the university with the largest campus in North India but also the university with the most diverse student population. Students from all across the world live in the hostel, which comes the closest to being 'a home away from home'. The mixture of races and religions helps to build a decent environment. Education : The quality of education is good so far. If you are an average student and worried about the standard of education in the university then you can cross that off from your list, as the education here is delivered properly, interactively and conveniently. Placements-LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement. There is a huge opportunity to get placed in a good MNC through Lovely Professional University. Many companies visit here for placement drive, and it is awarded for the most number of placements in a year. Around 550+ companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU. Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Dell, Dainkin, HCL, Bosch, Samsung are visiting campus for recruitment. Ranking:- Ministry of Human Resource Government of India Ranked Lovely Professional University No. 2 in India in Management. LPU is proud recipient. Though all the universities are good in terms of their own academic structure but being an alumni of LPU let me share some facts about LPU that will help you in making a choice. The students of LPU has been placed in the top companies with high salary packages. The placements have been divided as dream packages and bulk recruiters. Apart from placements, many eminent companies approach LPU to hire students for internships. LPU is good in terms of Placements, Infrastructure, and faculty members. The campus has students all over states and 40+ countries of the world. It has 145+ programs in 55+ disciplines,150+ tie-ups with foreign universities,30k+ students, and 1400+ global and Indian super brands for placement. There are multiple facilities within the campus like university Mall, university Hospital, Food courts or kiosks, Bank ATMs, residential facilities, food facilities, and Transport facilities. The elegance and the brightness of the campus even become more lively during events, concerts, coke studio performances, One India, and One World Fests. There are multiple student organizations that give an excellent opportunity to students to hone and sharpen their skills. The University also has a robust division of career services along with faculty and staff of parent-school to provide eligible students with job opportunities. Moreover, the security team works day and night ensuring the safety of the campus residents.

LPUs investment in intellectual capital is way beyond comprehension, extremely qualified and talented! With a research powerhouse of more than 100 post-doctorates and 700 PHDs, LPUs strength is its academic power. Coming to infrastructure, the huge 600 acre plus campus which is equipped with every machinery, equipment, and software required in all the programs is a wonder in itself, just, for example, more than 10 companies have established centers for excellence within the campus with their investment to keep an eye on the abundant talent! The central library is one massive 6 story building with lacs of books and a network to produce any title anytime! And this is in addition to many other libraries in all the departments. Industry plays an important part in shaping the careers of students at LPU, from consulting for curriculum to guest lectures, industry interface, internships, consulting projects, establishing centers, providing machinery and equipment, software, certifications and finally immersing the students from campus. Attracting 30000 plus students, 200 international universities, and more than 600 companies from all over the world to its state of the art multicultural campus year after year after year speaks volumes about LPU.

The amount of intellectual capital LPU has invested is unfathomable, and they have really talented people! LPU's strength is its academic strength, which includes a research powerhouse of more than 100 post-doctorates and 700 PHDs. Regarding the infrastructure, the sizable campus of more than 600 acres that is furnished with every piece of hardware, software, and equipment needed for all programmes is a marvel in and of itself. For instance, more than 10 businesses have invested in centres of excellence on the campus to monitor the wealth of talent! The central library is a huge, six-story structure with thousands of volumes and a network that can print any title at any moment. Additionally, there are several other libraries in each of the departments.

Always choose the institute that along with good education provides you a platform to improve your ideas and provide an stage to bring your innovative ideas into practice. As far as these colleges are concern, both are good but I would prefer Lovely Professional University. LPU is much better than any other University. Dear Mehdi, Both LPU and Amity Lucknow are good and doing well. But being alumni of LPU, I can provide you with the details of LPU only. LPU is spread over 600 acres of campus having 30000+ students and 3500+ faculty and staff. Many students come across the world which makes me feel like I'm in a foreign country. LPU offers more than 200+ programmes every year in different fields Good Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package available for the Engineering programme is 42 LPA till now. Scholarships: LPU provides very good scholarships to bright students with good academic records, sports, or extracurricular activities achievement. Im a passout from LPU and have profoundly utilised my time here in shaping my personality along with self-analysis. Unlike other universities, rules and regulations are quite strict here. From academics to extra-curricular activities, thorough support is given by our mentors/seniors, professors and management. LPU has a diverse crowd from all over the world. Interaction with such elite and diverse crowd only helps you grow your knowledge regarding their culture, traditions and improve academically. Can honestly say, the best thing is the students accommodation. All the hostels are well built with all facilities and managed security. Campus security is hi-tech along with 5000+ CCTV cameras which are 24*7 monitored by the guards for our safety. There are diverse options from shopping to dining to sweets to coffee shops all facilities are available within the campus. The university has its own 8 storey shopping mall which has every possible store which a student needs for his convenience including CCD, in-house bowling complex, food kiosks, a hospital and many more. Gym and swimming pool option is also available to students. The faculty members are supporting if one is willing to learn. They teach the subjects with their full potential. The college arranges frequent industry visits. Every aspect of the subject is taught with ease. The course curriculum used is updated and gives information on the latest trends in the industry too. At LPU, the placement cell works exceptionally hard for its students. If you exhibit the required skills and potential -you may as well achieve unexpected. Cognizant has a record of placing 610 students in a day so far. For MBA graduates Practo recruits with an average package of 6.5-7lakhs. Well if you ask me I would say there is no point comparing because both LPU and Amity University has their own story of glory and limitations. On one side where Amity University is famous for many branches. LPU is a younger a shining star in the ranking of Best Private University of India. Lovely Professional University's commitment to teaching excellence and providing the highest quality education to its students has once again brought laurels. The Ministry of Human Resource Department, Government of India has released NIRF Ranking 2020 and LPU appears in Top 100 in its most crucial Overall category, which includes IITs and Central Universities. LPU is also ranked 78th in the list of all the government and private universities of the country. University Engineering School is in the Top 100, Management School in the Top 50, and Pharmacy School in the Top 30 institutions of India. A new name as compared to others in the competition but a promising and a progressive university. Both the university have : The Lush Green, Pollution-Free Campus. Wide Range of Courses. Infrastructural Delight. Good Placements. Cultural &amp; Extracurricular Activities. Word-of-Mouth. Then even there are few challenges where LPU definitely stands out. As per the analysis of the reviews received these days Amity's are strictly impacted with 2 major lags (A) Lack of Industrial Exposure :There exists a gap between the industry and academia. This also gets reflected in the classrooms. (B) Student-Faculty Issues :There is a complete estrangement between the student and the faculty community. The Generation gap between them further adds to the woes. Where in LPU there is immense amount of exposure as well as academic-industry interactions happening throughout the year. This polishes the potential ability of the students to develop according to the industry needs. The university also maintain a serene teacher student ration along with it the university pertains a thorough mentorship model that builds a stronger and effective working model. Such baby steps definitely give it to a bigger scope and arena. LPU has set new bench marks in Placements which is one of the most promising part of a good university today. LPU strongly believes in the fact that learning doesn't happen only by books equal amount of external exposure is much needed for the holistic development of one self. In order to nurture such approach the university conducts multiple live project, floor job training, etc.
