Both universities are great and well known. But in my opinion, I feel LPU is much more worth it. Comparing placements, fees, ranking, campus, exposure, diversity, and international exposure, and everything LPU is unbeatable. Surely LPU has a better ranking and credits. And LPU has uncountable tie-ups, accreditation. Which helps students very much. Just because of tie-ups of LPU, students get exposed to many industries and prominent companies in the market. There's a lot of exposure in LPU in terms of events, concerts, workshops, seminars, international level competition, celebrity visits, there is various kind of organizations and club

Students from all across the world live in the hostel, which comes the closest to being 'a home away from home'. The mixture of races and religions helps to build a decent environment. Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

After you log in to the counselling portal after the results go out, you need to honestly fill your choices of course/specialization. LPU will then look for which rank you are in the merit list, check availabilities, and allocate seats accordingly based on your previously chosen course/specialization seats and rank. The seat allotment process of counseling purely works on merit, so the students who s
