    Best depends on you, but I can help you compare-

     

    Government Colleges have significantly lower  FEES as compared to private colleges.If you are looking for an affordable education option.Scholarships might be available.You might not find the best infrastructures in government colleges, but the facult is very experienced, better opportunities for experience because more patient  come to government hospitals, but tough competion for seats.
