Dear Aspirant, Both LPU and IIBS Bangalore are good private institutes for higher studies. Coming to the MBA/PGDBM programme, I am not sure about IIBA Bangalore for MBA or PGDBM but being alumni of LPU I would be sharing details of an MBA programme at LPU and will highlight the points that will help you why MBA is good there. It is worth paying the fee of an MBA at LPU. LPU offers scholarships as well

Placement: The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the programme. The highest package offered for the management programme is 21 LPA. MBA specialisation: Agribusiness Management, Human Resource, Marketing, International Business, Financial Markets, Digital Market, Hospital and Healthcare, Business Analytics, Banking and Financial Services, Operations, Artificial Intelligence, etc. Scholarships: LPU provides very good scholarships on the basis of Percentage in Qualifying Exam/ Qualification previous to Eligibility Qualification, LPU NEST CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT or NMAT Financial Aid, Need-Based, Financial Aid for Serving/ Retired Defence/ CAPF/ Para- Military Personnel and their dependents, Financial Aid to Persons with Certain Disabilities

A candidate seeking admission in LPU Admission Office is required to take an entrance exam called LPUNEST (PhD) which is not applicable for candidates who have valid exemption criteria such as UGC NET/JRF, CSIR NET/JRF, GATE, GPAT, or M.Phil. (regular mode). These candidates are directly appearing for the interview. Admission selection is based on 70% entrance test and 30% performance in the interview.
