For me these 3 things are the most important thing in any B-school. 1. Academics 2. Batch profile 3. Placements Four months in to the journey of business leadership, I can say SOIL has unique way of nurturing the students. SOIL not only has industry relavent curriculum, it also concentrates on overall development of self through various mediums like Self leadership class, Theatre workshops, mentor-mentee relationship. 2. SOIL attracts talents from diverse industries and people from across India with a minimum of 2 years work experience for Business leadership programs. SOIL also has a one week long induction programme which makes it easier for us to bond among yourself which inturn leads to peer learning. 3. Last but not the least, placements. Average package of SOIL has always been around 10 LPA. The most important part is the alumni connect. You would be connected to a alumni who is doing the same role that you are aspiring to be, it would make it much easier for you to prepare yourself for the same.
