In terms of career exposure, PGCL being in Mumbai, has a lot of advantages. However the choice and decision is dependent on career aspirations, academic inclination and financial viability and affordability (given the high cost of living in Mumbai).

    Hi,
I think Pravin Gandhi College of Law should be preferred over Mewar Law Institute. Now there are several reasons to why I say this. Firstly, Mumbai is the corporate hub of India. A lot of law firms in India have their main office in Mumbai which makes it easier to intern here. Secondly, in terms of opportunities available to students, the students of Pravin Gandhi College participate in a lot of debates, moot court and ADR competitions. These extracurricular activities are essential for a law student. These will help in securing good internships and placements. Now coming to the opportunities after the program, Pravin Gandhi College

    Hi,
I think that you should go for SVKM's Pravin Gandhi College of Law, Mumbai over Mewar Law Institute. I have a friend who is studying there and have interned with in-house firms as well as high court lawyers. This is because of their liberal policy with respect to attendance. It has huge locational advantage over Mewar Law Institute. They are associated with Mihtibai campus of Mumbai University and focusing a lot on moots, debates and other co-curricular activities which is a major pro of it. The con of it is the fact that recently Mumbai University was condemned of arbitrary exercise of checking the copies. But that should not be th

    Hi,
According to me, both the colleges are at par at their own level. However, it depends upon you to decide whether you want to go in the field of Corporate Law or Litigation. If you are interested to go for Corporate Law then according to me you should prefer SVKM's Pravin Gandhi College of Law because Mumbai is considered to be the Corporate Hub. The college is affiliated with Mumbai University and is liberal in its attendance policy a bit as a result you can go for ongoing internships which would be beneficial for you in the development in the field of Corporate Law. The college has great infrastructure, a strong placement cell whe

Also, the placements and internships provided by the college is again a positive side of the college which makes it even better than the other law colleges.
