As Chandigarh university is providing best teaching atmosphere, best placement options, world class infrastructure and student friendly ambience. It's undoubtedly better to join CS in Chandigarh university. Moreover it's graded as A+ by NAAC.

Dear Hitansh, The demand of CSE graduates is high in the market and corporate sector due to sharp increase in software based applications and management system. Every university is doing good for his students for their best career. There are certain parameters such as placements, infrastructure, faculty level, environment, growth etc. To be considered while selection of institute for pursuing education. LPU is a globally well-known university, and it is a good choice reason being they have good tie-ups with corporate houses, foreign universities, NGO's which are actually very important for networking and getting placed. Infrastructure is good too. You will find cultural diversity that will give you exposure. You would be meeting people from different countries and get to know about their culture, tradition which will help you to grow as a better person. In addition to this, the scholarship is also given to meritorious students. Placements are good too.

Among these, I would recommend LPU as I have heard a lot many good things about it, moreover the placements are very good. LPU is a single campus private university in India located in Jalandhar, Punjab with 30K+ students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members with more than 200 programmes. LPU has a beautiful campus with a great infrastructure with all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognitions and accreditation and still working for more. Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records. So, LPU will be an university I will suggest from where you can pursue your higher studies.

LPU is good as it is a well known college with a good placement record for B.Tech CSE. You can also go for Chandigarh University but priority should be LPU as it is better in all the ways.
