Both are good, only thing is in which field you are interested more. After completing BBA+MBA you can go for marketing and after B.Tech you can go in technical field. All depends upon you. One more thing you can also do MBA after B.Tech. So, better you just focus on your own interest and then decide. It will help you to make a good career.

B.Tech students are in the Science sector, whereas BBA+MBA students are in the commerce field. The opposite of everything is a thing as well. Just your interest matters and nothing else. If business is your area of interest, consider a BBA+MBA degree; alternatively, choose a B.Tech or BCA degree if technology is your area of interest.

If you are interested in pure marketing and business, the first combination will be a better choice for you. But if you like technology and engineering B.Tech will be a better choice.

You should go for what your heart wants and rest assured you will be able to crack it wherever you go. Do not let others choose your career. Having said that, looking at the number of B.Tech graduates India sees every year is kind of scary. Also, most of the B.Tech students go on to do their MBA.
So I would say to go for what your heart wants and where it wants to go. BBA+MBA is also a great option as the country is in desperate need of people who are confident and have the ability to get their work done and that is exactly what MBA teaches you. One field is related to technology and the other is related to management. So, you can choose as per your area of interest. If you are very fond of science, then B.Tech is better. If you want to make your career in commerce, then BBA is a better option for you.

I think B.Tech can only give you more employability.
It is better if you can pursue MBA after getting some work experience after B.Tech, but most important thing is your field of interest.

Are you pursuing class 12th? If you are a science stream student, you can apply for JEE Main. If you are a commerce student, then you can prepare aptitude questions. MBA can be done with almost any degree, so choose your best interest field.
