Which is good for me- BBA+MBA or B.Tech?

First of all, go for B.Tech and then have a job for few years and then pursuing MBA executive so that in the future, you'll get a better opportunity for promotion.

B.Tech is good. After B.Tech, you can go for MBA. This combination B.Tech+MBA is better.

BBA is generally related to business and it's administration. It also contains (more or less) some part of information technology. If you are interested in the technology field, you may go for B.Tech and you can pursue MBA after B.Tech too.

B.Tech is a good option for you because it has a much better scope and you can get government jobs if you do B.Tech.

B.Tech is good, but if you want to go into the technology sector, you can do the same by pursuing MBA. You can opt for operations management in MBA. MBA will give you a vast scope to carry on with your corporate as well as technical career.
