Every branch has different importance. It depends on the individual interest and the subject in which you are very much interested at.

In my opinion, B.Tech. With Computer Science and Engineering is the best engineering course currently in India, and I'm sure no other course is going to match the scope that Computer Science providing in upcoming years. I have some valid points to prove my opinion:
    1. There are more jobs every year in Computer Science.
    2. Anybody can learn computer Science. It doesn't matter if you are a college student or still in school you just need a good internet connection to learn computer Science.
    3. Your college doesn't matter. If you're not from a prestigious institute, you still have a fair chance to land in a good job with computer Science.

As per my views scope, placements and salary all depends on your skills and placements. So just take an insight of all the branches and judge your interest. Currently I am pursuing CSE and I can also say scope is more in this field.

    Hello Abhijeet,
According to my experience, all the branches of engineering are best, but it purely depends on your interest or choice. With regards to scope, salary, or placements, then you should opt for CSE or IT. It also depends on your choice. Hence before opting for any engineering branch first you should check the syllabus and then choose a good branch of your interest. Hope this helps. All the best.

According to me the best branch of engineering in terms of scope, placement and salary is B.Tech in computer Science Engineering. In this engineering course you will be getting a lot of exposure and a lot of skills with which you can be able to get a lot of opportunities in your life I am not saying that other specializations are bad or not good but here we are living in a technology world where everything is turning to digital. So with a lot of skills in this branch you will get high placement and you will get high salary as well the one thing that you need is only focus and time to devote.

Seeing the recent situation, the future scope is mostly in Computer and IT. It depends on your hard work. Also, petroleum engineering is good but still it has lot of hard work.

There is no such thing as the best branch. Each branch has its own specialty and merits. It solely depends upon one's own interest as to which branch is suitable for them. The top grossing branches however remains CSE and IT. All the best.

The point of view is that there are many branches but CS has better placements. It also depends on your skills.
