Which is the best college for PGDM programme? Will there be any effect of not pursuing PGDM from a good college in future?

In Delhi NCR, some good colleges are: JIMS Rohini, NDIM, IILM, EMPI, Jaipuria Noida & Amity Noida. -
If you are looking for PGDM in Delhi NCR, there are G.L Bajaj, BIMTECH & Lloyed Institute, IILM is the best in PGDM programme. -

Regarding your second part of the question, it is not necessarily required to do PGDM from a top college, you can go for an avg college and do better in future. It depends upon an individual's capability as well.
