    LPU is better among the two. Placement is exceptionally good here. Around 600 companies visit the campus every year including some of the very big figures like Google, IBM, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, etc. In all of those coming for placements here, around 100 are the ones who also recruit from IITs and NITs. Also, while there are some students who choose to go with higher studies as well, but in all those who are up for the placement drive, maximum or you can almost all of them are placed. It is one such university that prepares its students very well for the placements and helps them with any kind of problem throughout this process.

    I am not quite sure about the placements among UPES but The students of LPU has been placed in the top companies with high salary packages. The placements have been divided as dream packages and bulk recruiters. Apart from placements, many eminent companies approach LPU to hire students for internships. A Salary package of 28 LPA was offered by Amazon. Lovely Professional University offers excellent placement assistance to students of all the courses.     Being an alumni I would like to answer this!
    LPU is having outstanding Placements record for the students. As every year not only national companies but also international ones are also hiring the LPU students for instance Amazon offers 30 Lacs package per annum. The Corporates which have visited the campus are Microsoft, Amazon, DBS Bank etc. The minimum salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered till now is 42 LPA.     Lovely Professional University provides placement opportunities to all the deserving candidates, from all courses. It's up to the student's capability to be able to grab the opportunity or not. Till now thousands of students are placed at a very good package all around the world. Some of the alumni are working in the top 10 brands in the world.
