Which is the best college in terms of placement and avg. salary that I can get with 11000 rank in JEE Mains and 319 marks in BITSAT?
I am interested in CSE and mechanical and have heard about Sastra University.

Hello Teja,
Why are you not going for BITS Pilani, Nirma University and PDPU. These are far better from SASTRA.

You can go for BITS Pilani and the other campuses at Goa and Hyderabad. Their standards are far better than SASTRA and also some IITs. Some even prefer BITS Pilani if they don't get a good IIT.
The fee structure of BITS is quite high but you can get a good job with a huge salary package if you do well.
I think you cannot get the top NITs like trichy ,warangal if you belong to general category.
If you can't afford BITS Pilani or if you don't get the CSE or mechanical then go for top NITs. You may not get Pilani and Goa campuses but you can surely get Hyderabad campus.
