I would say Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. , Number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. I am saying I has completed same course from Lovely Professional University, reviews are pretty good. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements.

Since you want to join defence before thinking about B.Tech, first try for NDA entry exam. If you get failed somewhere then purse engineering in electrical or mechanical, as these two have better demand in the defence sector.

You should try for IITs or NITs because they are the best institutes and if you fail to get admission in the same, some private colleges like VIT and SRM are the good choices for you.

    Hello Taniya,
IITs, followed by NITs and IIITs are definitely the top colleges for B.Tech. However, getting through to these colleges isn't easy. If you're interested in private colleges, there are hundreds of private colleges in India which provide quality education and placements. Listing all of them won't be feasible. It depends on which state(s) are you interested in pursuing B.Tech and the branch of engineering you're interested in.
    I hope this helps.
