Which is the best option among Chandigarh University and Chitkara University for CSE?

Chandigarh University is the best option for CSE because Out of 3,000 students of the CSE course, around 800-900 students have been placed until last year. The highest salary package offered was 22 LPA this year, and 33 LPA is the highest salary package until now. A student from the second year (who was in the third year now) got in Google a salary package of 15 LPA for an internship. That student will get 45 LPA if got selected and stay there to work.

Chandigarh University is the best comparing these two. Chandigarh is a brand in itself. They have a huge infrastructure, great faculty and last year they broke all the placements records!

Chandigarh University is better for B.Tech in CSE. CU provides enviable internship and placement record. It is the youngest private university to be awarded the NAAC A+The faculty is highly qualified and well experienced. Chandigarh University has a great learning environment. The fee is affordable and transparent. It has student exchange programme as well, as it has collaborations with many foreign universities. Moreover, holistic development of the student is aimed at which begets them successful careers.

In my opinion, Chandigarh university is the better choice for CSE. With the NAAC A+ Grade, the placement and internship programs are fantastic. They aim and also have recorded 100% placements with maximum packages as well. In terms of faculty, it has a well experienced faculty with both, an incredible academic record and also importantly with industry experience as well.

The field of CSE is a highly dynamic in nature, the technologies change and evolve so quickly that the tracking is difficult, very few universities have been able to adjust their syllabi according to industry. I compare the colleges on the following: Curriculum : If at all the curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback of industry. Since IT is a highly dynamic field, you cant afford a programme which is stuck in obsolete technologies and syllabi. Pedagogy : The teaching pedagogy formal the backbone of how the programme is delivered, more the practical, better it is. Maximum exposure to practicals and internships more chances of becoming a well rounded professional. Technology: The businesses and the business functions are now highly tech driven, the tech programme must have the exposure and training of the same. The world leading technologies like SAP, GitHub, Advance excel etc. Are must for any professional to succeed in career. Industry interface: Ultimately its the industry which is going to immerse the students in the placements, the regular industrial talks, interactions, lectures, visits and internships are must have in any tech programme. Professional etiquette: It is the most important part these days, the personality, ethics, virtuous, speech, body language, interpersonal skills etc. Are given high importance in the organisations. The programme must include the training or modules on all these.
