Which is the best option for CSE: LPU or Amrita?

Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. LPU is the best private university to go for B.Tech, it is one of the top 5 universities of India, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. It is one of the few that has embraced international practices when it comes to designing a curriculum. Instead of using old school books and lectures, LPU has experimented with books, interactive problem-solving interactions and working through real-world applications. Dear Bhavya, Both Amrita University and LPU are doing well in the education sector but I can only provide you with the details of the CSE at LPU as my friend did the same at LPU. There are some points I would like to share about why CSE is good for LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Tie-ups: B.Tech in CSE has tie-ups with industries which helps students to explore themselves more in their field. If the best option has been talked about than LPU would be the one for the same. As let me share some of my insights. B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering is related with algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme design, computer hardware, computer software etc. It is a comprehensive course in computer systems and applications. The students who pursue the course of Computer Science Engineering are taught about design, the implementation as well as management of computer software and hardware. Eligibility Details :Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Mathematics and English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. Still, the best gets converted into the worst when it comes to the application part. Therefore, the only institute that comes to my mind is LPU. The LPU is a leading university with a world-class infrastructure and a faculty like the IITs. The LPU curriculum is focused on the latest developments and technical aspects that help students stay up to date. To commence with the curriculum, all the subjects you are going to study, their syllabus is designed keeping in mind the industry demands and the syllabus is vetted by company officials. Different specializations are offered to students depending upon the stream they want to opt for. For example- In CSE, they offer cyber security, IoT, data Science, machine learning, and many more. Moreover, they give you the option for pathway elective that whether you want to be in the corporate sector, higher studies, Government Job, or entrepreneur. In addition to it, the classes you have to attend regularly. They did not compromise with the academics of the students. If any faculty is on leave, the classes are either adjusted or makeup lectures are planned. The University also provides the option of credit transfer and international exposure to its students. If I talk about the placements, the preparation for placements starts from the very first year. I am not quite aware of Amrita but to my advice, one must go for Computer Science and Engineering as it has been one of the most lucrative and competitive course to study since its inception in Indian engineering colleges.
