Which is the best place among New Zealand & Canada to study in terms of job and quality education for diploma in management (marketing)?
Does Canada offer LEVEL7 courses like New Zealand? Also, I will do MBA from that country after diploma.

Canada certainly has more number of top colleges, variety of courses, and the cost of living is a bit more affordable than New Zealand. So education-wise Canada wins.
When it comes to jobs, that depends on your profile and not the country. You will have to make sure that have the qualities to be considered a highly skilled professional. Every job market looks for such candidate and even when the economy is down, deserving candidates usually manage to find a good job. -
