I did a Diploma in computer engineering after 10th and then went with my Bachelor's degree in computer engineering. Right now, I am 26 and working in the IT sector. My current ambition is to become a pilot in a passengers flight, can you guide me?

Student Pilot License (SPL) & Private Pilot License (PPL) are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training.
You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training.
Its very simple logic SPL - PPL - CPL.
YOU CAN SKIP PPL AS IN ANY CASE YOU ARE ASPIRING FOR A HIGHER LICENSE, WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU MORE PRIVILEGES THAN PPL.
