    B.Sc. Agriculture is on the higher side, as of 2018 in India. Ample opportunities and jobs in this sector are being made available to B.Sc Agriculture Graduates. Doon College of Agriculture, Dehradun offers B.Sc Agriculture course with 100% placements. This year, 109 companies arrived for the placement season.     LPU is the only private university that has ICAR approval. LPU students got top packages from leading Agriculture companies. Students of School of Agriculture are placed in Dhanuka, HDFC Bank, Reliance retail, Syngenta, Bio SEED Nestle, Smur Agro, VLCC, Virbac, Amazon, Sanra organics and many more. The package really depends on what he can show to the recruiters that, how much he is worth or deserved. There were some students who cracked the placement and got offered 1 crore LPA, while many failed to do so.     I don't know much about LPU but being an Alumni of Lovely Professional University, I can say that LPU is best private University to purse B.Sc. (Hons)Agriculture.
