    placements wise mech is exclusively superior to civil.but you have to also consider your priorities and self interest.

    It is suggested to select the course based on your interest.study about the course,its scopes and then choose it based on your comfortness in that discipline.if you are interested in machines and automobile,you can choose mechanical diploma else civil is also good career option.both are doing equally good in their professional but choose the institute carefully,here are some of the premier institutes where you may get admission:

    i still recommend mechanical. it has better prospects. you may opt for career in variety of industries. Even teaching is lucrative.
