And for AIIMS your percentile should be above 95. -

If you want admission in AIIMS then you need to solve problems from books like trueman, D C Pandey, MTG. You have to practice as much as possible and as many books you can solve. But if you want to clear NEET UG you only have to read your NCERT books very carefully because 85% of the questions are asked from the lines of NCERT books.

Dear Rashi, For NEET and AIIMS preparation I would suggest you to go with these options-
1. Biology - (a) NCERT 11th and 12th. (b) Objective NCERT at Your Fingertips Biology. (c) You can also choose modules of other institutions (such as Allen or Aakash Institute) for extra knowledge.
2. Physics - (a) NCERT 11th and 12th. (b) HC Verma.
3. Chemistry - (a) NCERT 11th and 12th. (b) MS Chauhan. (c) DC Pandey. *Note - Try to focus more on NCERT books. As almost 75% + questions are framed from NCERT only. Hope you get it. Good Luck!
Thank You.
