LPU is better.
If you would do B.Tech from SRM's main campus then that would be better but among your mentioned choices LPU is better for sure. -

In LPU recently, nine B.Tech CSE/IT students got hired by VMware. Package as high as 42 LPA have been offered to the CSE/IT students. LPU also holds a record of 610 students getting placed in Cognizant and that too in a single day. Many more such accolades for LPU are there. LPU focuses on live projects so that the students get to learn in the best way possible, which is a good thing. At the same time, it provides internships and training opportunities with Google, CISCO, etc. So that the students get a good exposure. -

I recall one of my friend inquired from LPU. He was told that every year 550 companies visit to recruit students which shows the right choice to pursue your degree. Rest you can also inquire about other institute but I doubt the above facilities are floated. So, LPU is the best university for B.Tech. -
Comparing SRM Ghaziabad, you may opt for lovely professional university (LPU) itself. LPU is better than SRM Ghaziabad by all means. It offers better education, exposure with good placements when compared to SRM, Ghaziabad. -
