Chandigarh University is one of the best universities known for its best placement records in fields of Engineering, Management, Marketing etc. Automobile engineering is a field of engineering which deals with, production, design, maintenance and research of vehicles. Automobile engineering is one of the many fields of Mechanical engineering. When talking about Automobile Engineering at Chandigarh University, the placement record is a good one with a good number of Industries coming, National and MNCs like LIU GONG, CUMMINS, TAFE, HONDA, JOHN DEERE, SWARAJ, ROYAL ENFIELD, HYUNDAI etc. The package depends on many factors like industry, type of job profile, specialisation and of course student capabilities. Like the highest package in computer Science goes to nearly 32lakhs whereas, in Mechanically related branches like Automobile, it goes up to 9lakhs.
