Both the exams are difficult to crack without preparation. If you are thorough the preparation might be easier for you. CAT is for admission into IIMs, FMS, MDI, JBIMS, SPJIMR, etc. and other top B-schools. But IIFT is only to get admission in India's top foreign trade institute, IIFT, New Delhi.
