    Best is a very subjective term. What is best for you may not be best for someone else. Look into what you like to be doing the rest of your life without getting bored. The industry, the job role, the location, the pay, the lifestyle, etc. If you get a decent job that promises to give you a handsome salary, exposure, good lifestyle and a balanced life, then you should go for a job, if not then it is advisable that you should first pursue M.Sc degree and then head-out to secure a job.
