    There is tremendous scope of both these courses and if I may add they even compliment each other quite well. On one hand IB course deals with foreign trade, policies, international marketing and managing a global workforce, an HR course focuses on understanding how to go about developing key competencies of individuals, working as a strategic business partner, managing changing dynamics at workplace and an administrative expert. Lovely Professional University is quite eminent for the MBA.
