Which MBA specialization is better: HR or international business?

The scope of HRM is very wide: Personnel aspect-This is concerned with manpower planning, recruitment, selection, placement, transfer, promotion, training and development, layoff and retrenchment, remuneration, incentives, productivity, etc. Whereas an MBA in International Business brings in exciting career opportunities as it concentrates on management operations, international management tactics, and world economics. As per my experience, LPU is the best University to join for this programme. I am a pass out from LPU and have profoundly utilized my time here in shaping my personality along with self-analysis. Unlike other universities, rules and regulations are quite strict here. From academics to extra-curricular activities, thorough support is given by our mentors/seniors, professors, and management. I did MBA from LPU and LPU is helping me grow professionally and personally with its career-oriented programs and support I would say. I suggest all students do an MBA course at LPU. HR because with the course of time, HR job will become a job which can't be replaced by automation. Stereotypically, HR is an area dominated by women and reality isn't far from stereotype when it comes to this. The number of male students are very less as compared to the female students. HR asks of you to be patient, fluent in English (if you're in India) and a good command over MS office. Talent has become the hottest commodity in the global marketplace, and individuals have more power to knowingly influence the culture of a company than ever before. This has resulted in a much-needed transformation of corporate human resources teams who are now forced to navigate new technologies, manage employee expectations, and ensure that the organization has a productive and happy workforce.The human resources department of the 21st century will favour specialization over a generalized, one-size fits all approach to workforce management. The responsibilities that fall onto the plate of a Chief Human Resources Officer and his or her small jack-of-all-trades team will now be spread out across a functionally diverse stack of specialists.

MBA in international Business is a branch of MBA which deals with the study of strategiesand techniques helpful for international business. Candidates who are interested to learn about the global perspective of business management are perfect for this programme. It must be noted that candidates who want to apply for this should have good communication skills along with some interest and activities related to it. The programme will help the students with important skills to boost up the business of the organisation they work with. As per my knowledge both the MBA and MBA in IB is best at their place. If a student wants to enhance his career in International Business only then go for MBA in IB and if student wants to get any extra knowledge about other field of MBA along with IB, then go for MBA in which you can have two specialisation together.

As per my knowledge both the MBA in HR and MBA in IB is best at their place. If a student wants to enhance his career in International Business only then go for MBA in IB and if a student wants to get any extra knowledge about another field of MBA along with specialisation, then go for MBA in which you can have two specializations together and this is offered by LPU which is known all over the world.
