Stereotypically, HR is an area dominated by women and reality isn't far from stereotype when it comes to this. The number of male students are very less as compared to the female students. HR asks of you to be patient, fluent in English (if you're in India) and a good command over MS office. Talent has become the hottest commodity in the global marketplace, and individuals have more power to knowingly influence the culture of a company than ever before. This has resulted in a much-needed transformation of corporate human resources teams
