Normally I would recommend people to not to join colleges affiliated to RTU but sadly you are left with only these options, I would try to answer it with an analysis on both: Simply don't consider SKIT, do not do that unless you have given up all your hopes to join any better college and are really unwilling to join. The college is more like a school with strict discipline, student uniform and attendance strictness. A college of that kind would make you regret taking up admission here from the very beginning. About JECRC, although not a good college again, but you might take the college if you get no better college and are already a dropper. The clubs and student association ls are much more active in here and the college also entertains extra-curricular activities for the student interest. Regarding placement they are all the same, with an average package placement of 3-3.5 LPA for computer science engineering.

As per my information last year the highest package for CSE went upto approximately. 63 Lacs for LPU student.
