Which of these is better for BTech CSE: Thapar University or SRM University, Kattankulathur?

Please share the details on the basis of course outline, faculty, placement and college infrastructure.

    The two instituions you have mentioned are class apart, with Thapar university bring semi private (partially being funded by government) while srm university being a private college in the whole sense.
    There is less chance of acceptance at thapar university as you need to qualify JEE Mains securing a good rank while chance of being accepted at srm is certainly higher because srm conducts its own examination SRMJEE which is relatively easy.
    Placements:
    Thapar university is a clear winner here, owing up to their reputation of 7-8 lakhs average placement while it is really low for srm, being 4-5 lakhs only.

    Thapar Institute has the best infrastructure. There is a proper environment for the development of the student. There are also many sports facilities on the campus itself like the atheletic track; sports complex. The hostel life is also good.
