If you like meeting new people and have excellent communication skills, you will do good in sales and marketing. If you are good with numbers and like a desk job, you should take finance.

    Hi Shobhit,
I would highly recommend you to go for MBA in banking and finance by the options provided. Hi Shobhit,
It completely depends on your field of interest and the Bachelor's course, which you have opted. Although, MBA in finance will get you an access to top notch internship opportunities in college, and they generally command better positions and higher salaries upon graduation.

One cannot compare which is better as both are good in their own way and totally depends on individual choice. If one has aptitude in number crunching and seeks career in financial institutions, accounting etc than MBA in finance is a good option. If someone has refine interactive skills and good in client pitch and presentation, career in sales and marketing is ideal. However there is slight difference in sales and marketing though in India primarily jobs starts with sales stint for MBA professional in marketing. Sales is more concentrated as field job. Marketing is creating awareness of the product is market to increase its revenue.
