As a LPU student this is my perspective for asked question.

A great option for prospective computer Science engineers is LPU's B.Tech CSE program.  It distinguishes itself by providing a broad range of future-ready specializations in fields like artificial intelligence and cloud computing, all of which were created in partnership with industry professionals.  Students are incredibly well-prepared for the demands of the IT industry thanks to this emphasis on contemporary technology and a strong culture of experiential learning.

It provides for multiple industrial exposures, live projects, an updated curriculum rigor and technology along with very good placements and personality development. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. Hi Sabha, Both the universities are doing equally good but here I would prefer recent NIRF rankings released by MHRD. Where LPU is mile ahead than a mentioned name. Moreover, there are several reasons to opt LPU. # Curriculum is designed keeping in mind the industry demands and the syllabus is vetted by company officials. # Different specializations are offered to students depending upon the stream they want to opt for. For example- In CSE, they offer cybersecurity, IoT, data Science, machine learning, and many more. # LPU provides pathway to opt that whether you want to be in the corporate sector, higher studies, Government Job, or en

Hi, Choosing a university is a big decision and a challenging task, as our career depends upon that. Both the universities are doing equally well, but here, I would prefer LPU. There are several reasons for the same. In a very short span of time, LPU has received several ranks and accreditation. LPU ranks amongst the Top 200 universities globally as per the prestigious Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2021, which assess universities against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). LPU has ranked among top-100 in the Overall as well as University category by NIRF-2020 rankings. LPU is a worldwide level University w

LPU or DIT, both are equally good but to my advice, one must go for Computer Science and Engineering as it has been one of the most lucrative and competitive course to study since its inception in Indian engineering colleges. I would like to recommend those who have valid and eligible JEE Main scores then they could go for Lovely Professional University that offers B.Tech in various programs such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. Some of the points why one must consider B.Tech from LPU.
    1. LPU has 600+ acres of campus in Punjab and more than 25000+ students study there among many countries.

What I believe is that for CSE, LPU would be the best place to study. Let me justify myself. Computer Science Engineering is related with algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme design, computer hardware, computer software etc. It is a comprehensive course in computer systems and applications. The students who pursue the course of Computer Science Engineering are taught about design, the implementation as well as management of computer software and hardware. Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Both Chandigarh University (CU) and Lovely Professional University (LPU) are known for engineering, but if we think of Electrical Engineering, LPU appears better in many ways. As a student, I personally feel that LPU has a very practical approach to learning. Their labs are state of the art, and well-resourced, and I find that the faculty usually support us to work on real-time projects, which build confidence to take on challenges in industry. The university brings many industry professionals for guest lecturers, and have affiliations with top companies in the world, so this gives students a greater opportunity for internships and pla

Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice. LPUNEST is their own entrance and scholarship exam.

The candidate's merit rank on the test and the courses and specializations they selected during the online preference submission are the main factors used to assign seats for LPU NEST counseling.  The availability of seats in the selected programs is another factor that affects allocation.
