    You can not compare a graduation and a master degree. Both have their own importance and demand. The B.Tech. Course is the better option. Selection will be on the basis of the engineering entrance examination and marks obtained in Plus Two or equivalent examinations in Science subjects. Students who pass the qualifying examination with at least 50 per cent marks in mathematics and as much in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biotechnology, computer Science or biology taken together are eligible to take the entrance examination.     It totally depends on your choice or your interest. B.Tech in biotechnology have good scope from my point of view.
