Electrical Engineers in India can secure jobs in power distribution companies, power plants, railways, metro rails, the aviation sector and, manufacturing sector. Though both the universities are good in terms of academics let me take LPU as an example to explain. Electrical Engineering in LPU provides the students with the basic knowledge for Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building problem-solving skills, keeping in view industry requirements. According to my opinion, both of them are fine in their own terms but being an alumni I would like to throw some light on LPU's electric engineering. LPU always revise its curriculum for all its courses so that the students should be updated according to the latest developments. The faculty members over here are all from all the reputed organizations. Moreover they are either PhD's or pursuing the same. Some of the key highlights of the programme are as follows:
    a) Different specialisation: LPU provides different specializations namely IOT, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big

Well if you ask me I would say there is no point comparing because both LPU and Amity University has their own story of glory and limitations. On one side where Amity University is famous for many branches. LPU is a younger a shining star in the ranking of Best Private University of India. Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Both Chandigarh University (CU) and Lovely Professional University (LPU) are known for engineering, but if we think of Electrical Engineering, LPU appears better in many ways. As a student, I personally feel that LPU has a very practical approach to learning. Their labs are state of the art, and well-resourced, and I find that the faculty usually support us to work on real-time projects, which build confidence to take on challenges in industry. Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice. LPUNEST is their own entrance and scholarship exam.

The candidate's merit rank on the test and the courses and specializations they selected during the online preference submission are the main factors used to assign seats for LPU NEST counseling.  The availability of seats in the selected programs is another factor that affects allocation.

For more information kindly contact their concerned department.

I hope this information helps.
