According to my opinion, both of them are fine in their own terms but being an alumni I would like to throw some light on LPU's electric engineering. LPU always revise its curriculum for all its courses so that the students should be updated according to the latest developments. Some of the key highlights of the programme are as follows: a) Different specialisation: LPU provides different specializations namely IOT, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, and many more. Moreover, they give you the option to choose your pathway elective as well that whether you want a corporate Job or Research or Government Job. B) Industry Exposure and Practical Experience :MOOCs, Hackothons, Guest lectures, Incubation Projects Workshops, Conferences are the significant part of the curriculum. C) Credit Transfer: There is a wonderful opportunity for the students that is credit transfer where the students could get an industry exposure while studying abroad partially. Well if you ask me I would say there is no point comparing because both LPU and Amity University has their own story of glory and limitations. On one side where Amity University is famous for many branches. LPU is a younger a shining star in the ranking of Best Private University of India. Lovely Professional University's commitment to teaching excellence and providing the highest quality education to its students has once again brought laurels. The Ministry of Human Resource Department, Government of India has released NIRF Ranking 2020 and LPU appears in Top 100 in its most crucial Overall category, which includes IITs and Central Universities. LPU is also ranked 78th in the list of all the government and private universities of the country. University Engineering School is in the Top 100, Management School in the Top 50, and Pharmacy School in the Top 30 institutions of India. A new name as compared to others in the competition but a promising and a progressive university. Both the university have : The Lush Green, Pollution-Free Campus. Wide Range of Courses. Infrastructural Delight. Good Placements. Cultural & Extracurricular Activities. Word-of-Mouth. However I would say in LPU there is immense amount of exposure as well as academic-industry interactions happening throughout the year. LPU believes in overall grooming. Efforts for your placement 8. Community Projects 9. Centre for Excellence 10. Internal and external competitions 11. Training 12. International Exposure I recall one of my friends inquired from LPU. He was told that every year 700 companies visit to recruit students which shows the right choice to pursue your degree.
