I don't know about both of them. But I can tell you about Chandigarh University as CU is one of the best private universities in North India. The placement of CU is also good and has experienced faculty and great infrastructure as well. They have collaborated with many universities around the globe so you can even choose either semester or year exchange programme and can earn a foreign University degree. As for the scholarship, they conduct a test called CUCET in which if you score 100% then you can study for free.

Being a student of LPU, I would prefer that. Please note that I don't have much information about Shiv Nadar University. These are mere facts, beliefs, and information I have gathered. Throughout the year at LPU, there is a tremendous amount of exposure and academic-industry contacts. This polishes the students' future capacity to develop to industry demands. The institution also maintains a peaceful teacher-to-student ratio and a comprehensive mentorship programme that helps establish a stronger and more productive working model. As an LPU scholar, I have had a more in-depth experience with it, allowing me to state specific facts rega

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Both Chandigarh University (CU) and Lovely Professional University (LPU) are known for engineering, but if we think of Electrical Engineering, LPU appears better in many ways. As a student, I personally feel that LPU has a very practical approach to learning. Their labs are state of the art, and well-resourced, and I find that the faculty usually support us to work on real-time projects, which build confidence to take on challenges in industry. The university brings many industry professionals for guest lecturers, and have affiliations with top companies in the world, so this gives students a greater opportunity for internships and pla

Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice. LPUNEST is their own entrance and scholarship exam.

The candidate's merit rank on the test and the courses and specializations they selected during the online preference submission are the main factors used to assign seats for LPU NEST counseling.  The availability of seats in the selected programs is another factor that affects allocation.

For more information kindly contact their concerned department.

I hope this information helps.
