For a B.Tech graduate, you can expect an initial pay package of Rs 20 Lacs per annum. And B.Tech is in more demand.

According to me, B.Tech +M.Tech in CSE is much demanding now a days. Look it's your choice of interest that whether you want to do BCA +MCA or B tech + M Tech. Every course have its own significance value so don't compare that whether BCA or B.Tech which is best. Every course is best in its field. So don't be confused just focus that what you want from your future.
    Good luck.

B.Tech and M.Tech from a decent government college or a university will pay you the best package compared to any other branch. Just aim for the big players and get placed there.

    Hi there!
B.Tech+M.Tech in CSE will be in more demand when compared with BCA+MCA but if you have good knowledge of your subject than the course doesn't matters, if you have crystal clear concepts than you can get placed easily. Hope you got your answer. Regards, Rajdeep Sinha.

Both are worth for high package, but it also depends on the college (as placements offered by different colleges varies) and your skills for getting hired by recruiters.
