Which one is better and is more in demand W.R.T. job and pay package: BCA+MCA or B.Tech+M.Tech in CSE?

I want a job in a good and renowned MNC like Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc.

    Everyone knows that B.Tech + M.Tech is much better than BCA + MCA. Even the packages of B.Tech and M. Techs are much higher than BCA and MCA. Because what you study in whole BCA B.Tech students study all that in two years + they have taught about other things more than a BCA student doesn't know. Rest all depends on your skill and capabilities.

Because what you study in whole BCA B.Tech students study all that in two years + they have taught about others things more that a BCA student doesn't know. Same thing is with M.Tech is more powerful course than MCA.

    As per the market analysis, everyone knows that B.Tech + M.Tech is much better than BCA + MCA. Even the packages of B.Tech and M.Techs are much more higher than BCA and MCA. Because what you study in whole BCA B.Tech students study all that in two years + they have taught about others things more that a BCA student doesn't know.     Dear Gaurav, While BCA gives students a good technology knowledge, it is advisable to complete your MCA to give yourself career wise push. After graduation, a student with a B.Tech degree has greater job opportunities than a student with a BCA. So, according to this criteria, everyone should pursue B.Tech then?
