Which one is better and is more in demand W.R.T. job and pay package: BCA+MCA or B.Tech+M.Tech in CSE?

I want a job in a good and renowned MNC like Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc.

Everyone knows that B.Tech + M.Tech is much better than BCA + MCA. Even the packages of B.Tech and M. Techs are much higher than BCA and MCA.
