    Hi,
    Both disciplines have different career opportunities, now depends on you in which field you want to make your career. If you are interested in technologies, manufacturing, engineering then go for B.Tech, it gives a number of opportunities to individuals to go ahead and shine in their live and BCA is also a good course. The opportunities available for people doing BCA are galore. A few of them being like Software Programmer, System and Network Administrator, Web Designer, Faculty for Computer Science/Communication Technology, etc. The range of chances in Information Technology (IT) are immense.     While BCA gives students a good technology knowledge, it is advisable to complete your MCA to give yourself career wise push. After graduation, a student with a B.Tech degree has greater job opportunities than a student with a BCA.

    Comparing these two branches I would recommend B.Tech (CS) because B.Tech in CSE has good scope and there are enormous number of engineers required in computer science department.
